The Academy Saga (学 (がっ) 校 (こう) 編 (へん) , Gakkō Hen^?) is the second part of the Chainsaw Man series. Part 2 is serialized in Shonen Jump+ platform since July, 2022. It is preceded by the Public Safety Saga.

It follows Asa Mitaka, host of the War Devil Yoru, as she attempts to locate Chainsaw Man who is enrolled in the same high school as her.

Plot Summary

Sometime after leaving the Public Safety, Denji has now started to go to high school, while he also continues to exterminate devils. He still wishes to get a girlfriend and often tries to "accidentally" expose his identity as Chainsaw Man. Meanwhile, the War Devil returns to the world seeking revenge against the Chainsaw Devil. It possesses a loner high school girl, Asa Mitaka, who goes to the same school as Denji and makes her search for the Chainsaw Man's true identity.

	Justice Devil arc Chapters: 98 - 111 Episodes: N/A Synopsis: After becoming the host of Yoru, the War Devil, the high school student Asa Mitaka will have to help her take revenge on Chainsaw Man. In doing so, she will have to face two students who have made a contract with the Justice Devil.
	Dating Denji arc Chapters 112 - 120 Episodes: N/A Synopsis: With Yoru and Fami insistent to turn Denji into a weapon, Asa takes him on two dates at an aquarium and at his home. However, both dates are quickly derailed.
	Falling Devil arc Chapters 121 -131 Episodes: N/A Synopsis: Yoru and Asa find themselves in great peril as the Falling Devil is after them. Asa is initially overwhelmed by the situation but Chainsaw Man comes to the rescue!
	Chainsaw Man Church arc Chapters 132 - 155 Episodes: N/A Synopsis: The enigmatic Chainsaw Man Church starts making moves. While Asa rides the waves of fame, Denji slips further into obscurity. All is not as it seems however. What is the Church planning for the two protagonists?
	Aging Devil arc Chapters 156 - 190 Episodes: N/A Synopsis: Denji has hit rock bottom with the loss of his home and pets. Asa tries to help Denji search for the missing Nayuta but something ominous is awaiting the two from within the shadows.
