Chapter 192

How Devils Play (悪 (あく) 魔 (ま) の遊 (あそ) び方 (かた) , Akuma no Asobikata^?) is the 192nd Chapter of the Chainsaw Man manga.

Summary[]

Yoru’s finger bullet is revealed to have been shot off to the side of Yoshida, sparing him. Grinning, she takes Denji and leads him out of the hole she made by the ripcord, teasing that she’ll show him how devils play. As they land outside, two civilians spot him and assume he’s another Pseudo-Chainsaw Man, but Yoru blasts a hole into one of them. Denji yells at her for killing a civilian, but she calls him a hypocrite since his last plan involved murdering someone. As another human tries to call the two out, Denji distracts her by saying he could take her out somewhere out to eat. She humours the idea and he leads her away from the growing mob, biting her finger somewhat to prevent any more deaths.

Arriving at ManMan Chinese restaurant, Denji notes how the place is now a dump, but Yoru finds frozen potstickers in the freezer and offers to make them herself. The manager comes out holding a cleaver and threatening to call the police, but before Denji can calm him down Yoru kills him to his horror. She reiterates that she’ll cook for him, and soon the two are feasting on dumplings in the moonlight as a fire rages on. Denji asks Yoru if he’ll ever meet the devil that caused him so much infamy, and she answers that he probably will during the Death Devil’s arrival, as high ranking devils come to greet her upon her summoning.

He asks whether or not the new Control Devil will also be there, but Yoru mentions she likely won’t be like Nayuta. Denji then tells her he has a promise with the Blood Devil to befriend her on her next incarnation, and even though she was a jerk he still had fun with her. He laments that she’s probably not going to be the same person he once knew and that Yoru and Asa are probably the only friends he has left. She asks him if he means that even though he knows she’s trying to turn him into a weapon, and he agrees since he feels like he’s kind of having fun right now. Taken aback, Yoru rushes over and sits between a flustered Denji’s legs, cheekily asking him if he finds this fun as well.
