Chainsaw Man Wiki

Toxic Couple ( (ゆう) (がい) (ふた) () Yūgaina Futari?) is the 200th Chapter of the Chainsaw Man manga.

Summary[]

Asa attempts to shoot the setting sun due to simply hating sunburns, but nothing happens. Denji tells her he got her a bread bun from the convenience store; Asa is skeptical how he got it since he had no proper job and he confirms he only was able to buy it since he looted a wallet off a corpse. Asa tells him that’s gross, but his solution is telling her to just not eat it; he's not forcing her to do anything, after all. Still, she takes a bite and seems to enjoy the food, before coming up with a line about the additives the bun must be full of. Denji reiterates that she doesn't have to eat it, but Asa relents and she tells him that she can eat it just fine since she’s a toxic woman. She tells him that he was right and that she should just live for fun and not worry about whatever bad stuff got in the way. He asks her if he actually told her that, and she confirms it; until now, she hated those around her for being so cheery even though life wasn’t always the best, but now she realises that they were dealing with hardships just like her and handling it in a different way. After finishing her bread bun, she gives a smile, only for Yoru to take over and ask Denji for post-meal exercise.

Denji rides her around the streets of Tokyo, allowing Yoru to take out any Pseudo-Chainsaw Men that they come across, only for them to run into Fake Chainsaw Man. Yoru attempts to shoot him, but her attempts are interrupted by a swing that knocks the pair off their bicycle. He rhetorically asks Denji if the "Solitary Warrior from Hell" should be flirting with a girl, but he responds by telling him, as he pulls his ripcord, that the "Warrior from Hell" isn't who he is. Fake Chainsaw Man attempts to decapitate him mid-transformation, but Denji ducks and gets the advantage - chopping off Fake Chainsaw Man's right arm. Despite just losing an arm, he tells Denji that he just made a grave mistake.
