Summary[]
As the battle rages on, Asa orders Denji to eat her, believing she is already as good as dead. Despite all of her bonding, she knows that Yoru will never willingly return her body to her. Asa also believes that even if the Death Devil wipes out humanity, Denji could still survive. Still in disbelief, Denji asks her what would happen to her, and she admits that, due to the overwhelming guilt she feels over her actions, she simply doesn’t care anymore. However, since she wishes to go out doing something good, she urges Denji to eat her as she takes advantage of Yoru.
In the real world, Yoru revives once more as Famine uses some of her own blood to accelerate Pochita’s recovery. She yells at Famine for being too weak and for sullying her holy war, but the Famine Devil retorts that Yoru is the true weakling as she revs Pochita’s ripcord herself. Before Yoru can retaliate, Asa momentarily regains control and turns her finger on herself, blowing off the top half of her head. Miri then intervenes, bisecting the War Devil’s body before instructing Death to deploy Gully. In response, the Death Devil summons the Guillotine Devil and orders it to mince Yoru’s body. The Death Devil’s allies subsequently tell Chainsaw Man to consume her, but he decapitates them instead, making it clear that, in one way or another, he intends to save Asa.
