Star Chainsaw (スターチェンソー Sutā Chensō?) is the 88th Chapter of the Chainsaw Man manga.
Summary[]
Standing on the floor below Chainsaw Man, Barem fires into the ceiling, causing a massive explosion to burst through the building. As Chainsaw Man leaps backwards to safety onto another building, the Whip Hybrid appears, and slashes into him. Her attacks seem to have little impact, however, as Reze blasts through the building and grabs Chainsaw Man, carrying him into the sky.
Flipping midair, Chainsaw Man decapitates Reze, before he is impaled by a spear thrown by the Spear Hybrid. Stunned in the air, Makima takes the momentary daze to blast Chainsaw Man, repeatedly pointing at him and stating 'Bang', as each hit launches him further into the sky. As Chainsaw Man is pushed out of the atmosphere and into space, Makima comments on an attempt to make him suffocate. Reaching inside of himself, Chainsaw Man rips out his own heart, and flings it towards the ground.
As the heart begins to burn up upon re-entry to the atmosphere, Chainsaw Man's body begins to reform around it, until it is fully formed. Still falling, Chainsaw Man launches out his chains across the city, grappling onto Makima and Barem, the Whip, and Spear hybrids. Hoisting them into the air, they each express a moment of shock, before they too are torn apart by Pochita's chainsaws.
