Fushi is a man of average appearance with short light-colored hair and grey eyes.[1]

Fushi appears to be considerate as he didn't bring his fiend partner to a public party because they're too scary.[2]
He is hinted to be proud of his high IQ score of 134 as he remembers the exact number.[3]

At some point Fushi was drunkenly kissed by Himeno.[4]
Eternity Devil arc[]
Fushi attended a "newbie welcome party" for Special Division 4, in order to welcome the new recruits.[5] Aki Hayakawa was surprised he didn't bring his fiend partner along to the party but Fushi stated that the fiend was too scary for the public event.[2] Himeno asked him where his new team member was at and Fushi revealed that he had died in action the day prior.[6]
As the party wound to a close Fushi reminded everyone to thank Makima for paying. When Makima inquired as to where Denji was, Fushi stated that he saw Himeno carrying him away.[7]
Katana Man arc[]
Fushi was among the devil hunters targeted during the Gun Devil's plot to assassinate to the Special Divisions of Public Safety. Several gunmen pulled out their weapons and shot him in broad daylight, killing him and his partner.[8]
