The Justice Devil (
Appearance[]
The Justice Devil appears as a large, caterpillar-like monster with no eyes nor nose and stone-looking pads on its shoulders.
Personality[]
Nothing is known about the Justice Devil's personality.
History[]
It's unclear when the name of the Justice Devil began to be used to convince people to enter into contracts with the Fire Devil. The class president, later killed by Asa Mitaka when the War Devil took over her body[1], and then Yuko claimed to have made a contract with what they thought was the "Justice Devil", and that was still at Fourth East High School, possibly having made contracts with other students.[2]
The true Justice Devil is later summoned from Hell by the Falling Devil, to be fed a series of dishes she would prepare, including Asa Mitaka. After nearly devouring both her and Denji, the Justice Devil is brutally killed by an enraged Falling Devil for vomiting, under the influence of Nayuta which made their taste similar to a fecal matter-like, both Asa and Denji.[3][4]

Meanwhile, the Justice Devil's name would be used by Barem and the Chainsaw Man Church to convince people to enter into contracts with the Fire Devil, convincing them that the "Justice Devil" "would grant them the power to transform into any form they desired"[5], with a person claiming to be Chainsaw Man who in a press conference claimed to have entered into a contract with the "Justice Devil".[6]
The true Justice Devil's corpse is later inspected by the Department of Public Safety's Devil Name Consultant, who then reveals that the true Justice Devil had been killed during the Falling Devil's attack, and that the contracts in circulation could not link with it[7]; later, Barem revealing that the culprit behind the previous contracts was the Fire Devil.[8]
Abilities[]
As a Devil, the Justice Devil possesses all of the standard Devil abilities. During the battle against the Falling Devil, the Justice Devil has proven itself to be exceptionally powerful, forcing even Chainsaw Man to flee from it.
Devil Powers[]
- Immense Speed: The Justice Devil was easily able to keep up with Denji and Asa, even whilst they were escaping on the Super Chainsaw Man Motorcycle.
- Immense Strength: The Justice Devil was able to effortlessly rip through entire buildings and crush cars using it's tentacles. It also managed to knock Chainsaw Man unconscious twice.
- Regeneration: The Justice Devil was able to endlessly regenerate it's lost tentacles.
- Shapeshifting: The Justice Devil was able to transform it's limbs into giant hammers, as well as create a new, enormous jaw on its belly. Using this ability, it's also able to move his main body manifesting it through his tentacles, so it can reach and attack it's target more easily.

- The Justice Devil embodies Dikephobia, the fear of justice. Dike in Greek mythology is the goddess of justice and the spirit of moral order and fair judgement.
- The Justice Devil has some similarities to the concept of "justice" represented in several ways.
- The Justice Devil appears to be blind or at least without eyes, like the representation of justice who is represented blindfolded, representing the impartiality of justice.
- The arm mutated into a gavel-like hammer, a small ceremonial hammer used by judges as a symbol of authority.
