Kusakabe (
Appearance[]
Kusakabe has dirty blonde or light brown hair which extends to his upper neck. He wears black glasses, has either hazel or yellow eyes with a slightly muted hue, and a black suit like most of the Public Safety Devil Hunters.
Personality[]
Kusakabe is precautious and rigorous. He is the one who become furious when Denji tried to eat his food even after it fell to ground. As claimed by Makima, he is one of the best bodyguards. He cares about his mission and prepared.
Plot[]
International Assassins arc[]
When Makima finds out that Denji's existence is revealed in the media, and that assassins from other countries will come to kill him, Makima orders her subordinates to get several Public Safety Devil Hunters, which includes Kusakabe.

Devil Contracts[]
- Stone Devil Contract: Kusakabe has a contract with the Stone Devil for an unknown price. By standing inside a special circle and blowing through a hole formed by his hand, Kusakabe can petrify his opponents, turning them into stone.[1] Kusakabe calls this skill dangerous, since the Stone Devil could petrify both enemies and nearby allies without distinction.[2] Kusakabe can draw this circle by himself and he is able to use this ability with a simpler circle. However, how this affects the petrification is unknown because the Darkness Devil interrupted and destroyed the Stone Devil along with Kusakabe himself before he could use it.[3]
