Compared to his peers, Takanashi is by far the youngest. He has noticeably round eyes and slanted eyebrows.

Takanashi is the sole member of the Japanese politician board who outwardly protests against the morality and ethics regarding Public Safety’s plan. He’s also the only member concerned for the welfare of children, regardless if they’re Japanese-born citizens or not.
