Shiina (
Appearance[]
Shiina is tall gaunt man. During the mission to take down Akane Sawatari and the Katana Man he was equipped in full riot gear obscuring most of his features.[1]
Personality[]
Shiina's personality is unknown, however with his occupation as an officer and riot soldier it's likely that he is precautionary and protective towards civilians from devils.
Plot[]
Katana Man arc[]
Shiina, along with Furuno, is seen talking to Kishibe during the raid of the building where the Katana Devil is. Kishibe tells them that the police and 2nd Division will seal off the entrances of the 1st and ground floor. Kishibe then warns them of the Special 4th Devision's members.[1]

Etymology[]
- The surname Shiina means "oak, mallet" (
椎 shii?) and "name, noted, distinguished, reputation" (名 na?).
