Tokyo Special Division 4

Tokyo Special Division 4 (公 (こう) 安 (あん) 対 (たい) 魔 (ま) 特 (とく) 異 (い) ４課 (か) , Kōan-taima Tokui Yonka^?) was a special subdivision within Public Safety created by Makima as an experimental unit, which later came under the command of Captain Kishibe.

The composition of this division is different from other divisions, consisting of Fiends, Devil Hybrids, and humans alike. Many of them are outliers and are considered powerful, yet disposable by Public Safety due to their nature.

After Makima's death, the division has become defunct owing to its members being deceased or having resigned.
